Discover the extraordinary life of the Fiermonte family from Puglia who, at the dawn of the 20th century, reached Rome, Paris, New York and Morocco. Among them shines Antonia Fiermonte, an artist with an indomitable heart, who leaves Italy in the 1930s to follow a French destiny of art and love. Here she married the young sculptor René Letourneur, but her passion years later was for Jacques Zwobada, just a garden away in Fontenay-aux-Roses. In 1956 she died at only 42 in Rome, far from her Puglia, where she would return many years later, thanks to her grandchildren who in 2024 opened the Fiermonte Museum in Lecce, a place of art and hospitality that tells a story of timeless dreams and passions.
