Il Fiermonte Museum è aperto dall’ 1/1 al 15/1 e dal 1/3 al 31/12, dal martedì al giovedì dalle 10.00 alle 15.00, dal venerdì alla domenica dalle 14:00 alle 19:00, chiuso il lunedì (eccetto festivi) e il 25 dicembre.
Excluding children up to 10 years of age, disabled visitors, accompanying teachers of accredited class groups, accredited University and Academy of Fine Arts students, accredited tourist guides, and accredited journalists.
Including groups of up to 8 people.
Students up to 26 years of age with proof of enrolment in a school or university; those over 70 years of age, accredited school groups, accredited tour guides visiting and not studying at the museum; those accompanying disabled persons.
Terms of cancellation
In the event of a request to cancel an educational activity (guided tour, workshop, etc.) that has already been paid for, the Fiermonte Museum applies the following policy:
- If the notice of cancellation is received more than 48 working hours before the start of the activity, you have the right to reschedule at another date (within three months) or to a refund of 100% of the cost of the activity.
- If notice of cancellation is received less than 48 hours before the start of the activity, you are not entitled to any reimbursement.
It’s possible to book guided tours of the museum and the current exhibitions with at least two working days' notice, and with a possible customisation of the tour itinerary to suit the needs of the group. Each tour includes an introduction to the history of La Fiermontina Family Collection.
